Ani Kvantaliani is Global HR Director at Novaspace, where she leads the company’s global people strategy and supports the continued development of the organization as it grows internationally.
With more than a decade of experience across human resources, consulting and international environments, Ani brings expertise in organizational development, talent management, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, leadership development, and HR transformation.
Prior to joining Novaspace, she was Senior HR Business Partner at Enovalife, where she partnered with leadership teams to support business growth, international expansion and organizational transformation. Earlier in her career, she held HR consulting and operational roles across the healthcare and public sectors.
Ani holds a Master’s degree in Labour Science from Université libre de Bruxelles and a Bachelor’s degree in Law.
