Christoph Steimer is a Senior Manager at Novaspace based in Munich, with management consulting experience since 2018. He supports executive-level corporate and government clients on strategy and commercialization topics across the space value chain. His primary focus is on Satcom, with additional expertise covering PNT, Earth observation, and launch from a business perspective. Prior to joining Novaspace, Christoph worked at Bain & Company, where he advised corporate clients in industries such as technology, finance, and healthcare. His recent projects include corporate space strategies for Satcom, national space strategy development, ground segment infrastructure commercialization, strategy for a Satcom joint venture, launch segment infrastructure assessments, and commercial due diligence including financial and business case modeling. Christoph holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT)
