César is a Principal at Novaspace, based in Munich. With 20 years of experience in the satellite industry across several European countries, he began his career as a systems engineer on major Earth Observation satellite programs. He later transitioned to project management roles on secured SATCOM missions at OHB System AG and Airbus Defence and Space. At Airbus, César served as head of the Aerospace Security department, where he provided secure-by-design expertise and solutions for some of the company’s key programs. He holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Carlos III University of Madrid and an Executive MBA from the Vienna University of Economics and Business, in partnership with the University of Minnesota.
